Stress is a part of the human condition, and we seem to be living in very stressful times.
Bach Aspen Flower Essence is designed for people who suffer from a vague, undefined anxiety.
They don’t really know what’s bothering them.
But, clearly, something’s wrong.
It’s severe enough that it weighs heavily on their mind, even though they may not be able to talk about it.
There may be a sense that something bad is going to happen.
However, there’s no logical reason to feel this way.
These troubling thoughts may strike at night. They may keep you awake. Or, they may hit you in the day as well.

To naturally address and correct these vague, unnamed fears, Dr. Edward Bach, a British homeopathic physician, developed a gentle remedy called Aspen, which you can see below.
The story of Dr. Bach is just as intriguing as the flower remedies he created.
As a young doctor, he mysteriously recovered from “terminal” cancer. His case is very well documented.
This, in turn, led him to abandon conventional medicine and devote himself to homeopathy.
His main focus became exploring the mind/body connection. He believed this played a leading role in his own return to health.
Whether or not these remedies work has been a matter of great debate.
I’ve taken various Bach remedies to help with my own fears and apprehension. They did seem to help.
I realize, however, that most mainstream doctors probably don’t think they’re effective.
However, there is some clinical evidence supporting these remedies.
One paper called A Convergence of Evidence: Flower Essence Therapy in the Treatment of Major Depression, explores flower therapy research to date. This was compiled by Dr. Jeffery Cram, PhD., an internationally known flower medicine expert.
Aspen is one of 38 so-called Flower Essences created by Dr. Bach, before his death in 1936.
Together with the others, it forms the Bach Essences remedies. They are growing in popularity among people seeking drug-free alternatives.
Each of these flower remedies is designed to help correct a particular emotional state.
Dr. Bach firmly believed that our mental health greatly influences our physical condition. Also, over time, and negative thought patterns can result in serious illness.
As someone who’s battled my own health issues, I tend to agree with Dr. Bach.
Years ago, I developed a potentially crippling nerve disease. This followed years of extreme stress. Today, I’m nearly symptom free, after overhauling my lifestyle, and getting rid of unnecessary tension.
He came to this conclusion after recovering from what appeared to be “terminal” cancer, diagnosed shortly after he finished medical school.
Determined not to die before he left a legacy, he threw himself into research.
Surprisingly, with this new focus, his cancer retreated, and he lived another 20 years.
During this time, he studied homeopathy and developed a completely new class of homeopathic remedies. These are made by gently diluting flowers with water.
Dr. Bach believed his remedies could heal without the strong “aggravations” sometimes seen with regular homeopathic remedies.
