Let me tell you about a special eye cream to reduce dark circles. This natural remedy has helped me so much that I no longer feel the need to apply a thick layer of cover up to hide the fact I had raccoon eyes.
I first became aware of my dark under eye circles when I was in my 20’s, and fresh out of college. I worked for a newspaper. My shift would end in the early morning hours. I’d go home and try to unwind. Then I’d sleep for a few hours.
This schedule began to show up on my face. I didn’t like how I looked. I knew I needed to get more sleep.
This, unfortunately, turned into a vicious cycle. Now, I was worried my dark under eye circles were ruining my looks. So I was determined to get more sleep. This ended up keeping me awake.

Fast forward a few decades. Now, I’m a middle-aged wife and mother. I’ve made peace with my dark circles. That’s because they’re not as noticeable. I attribute this partly to a good diet. Nowadays, I eat mostly organic food. I drink non-fluoridated water. (Sodium fluoride is a neurotoxin.) And I use an amazing all natural dark circle under eye cream made from natural plant extracts.
Immediately, after applying this cream I can feel the skin under my eyes start to tighten. I believe the continued use has definitely made my dark circles less noticeable. I’m no longer self conscious about my dark circles and I no longer feel the need to use opaque cover up. Although I can’t claim that anyone else will see the same results, this eye cream seems to work for me.
Eye Cream With Caffeine
I first ordered the 100 Percent Pure Coffee Bean Eye Cream more than two years ago. It came in a small tube, but it lasted a long time. My second order came in a bigger tube. So I expect it to last a really long time. I use it every morning before leaving the house and sometimes I put more on later in the day. If I skip a day or two, my dark circles don’t become more noticeable.
Best Under Eye Dark Circle Remover Cream
It smells really good. One of the active ingredients is green coffee bean extract, and another is vaniilla, so I’m assuming these are responsible for the slight chocolate aroma. Some of the other ingredients include aloe leaf juice, rose water, rosehip oil, green tea extract, rosemary extract and goldeneal. What I particularly love about this eye cream, aside from the fact I believe it improves my appearance, is that it’s 100 percent natural. You may not find it in your local drugstore. However, it’s available online.
Home Remedy for Dark Eye Circles
However, as much as I love 100 Percent Pure Coffee Bean Eye Cream, I don’t think it’s been the total solution to my dark under eye circles, although I think it’s probably helped a lot. What preceded this cream was a total overhaul of my lifestyle.
This involved getting rid of junk food and eating real meals made mostly from organic ingredients. Also, I got rid of all of my chemical-based beauty products. They contained some really questionable compounds, such as parabens. These are chemicals that mimic estrogen. That’s why they’re called hormone disruptors. Parabens are added to a wide range of cosmetics and personal care items. So they’re difficult to avoid, unless you go with a natural cosmetics brand such as 100 Percent Pure.
This company sells a wide range of beauty products, including foundation, lipstick and mascara made from minerals and plant extracts. Below is a picture of this all natural eye cream, which I own. The bottle is relatively small. But it lasts for a really long time. The second time I ordered it was a larger size. That was at least a year ago, and I still have a lot left.
Under Eye Cream for Dark Circles
I feel as if I’d be remiss telling you about an eye cream without mentioning some of the other things I’ve done to get rid of those nasty dark circles. Nowadays, I sleep really well. The amount of sleep you get (or don’t get) can show up on your face. For me, this may have something to do with the fact that I have olive-toned skin. So dark circles show. But I know everyone feels better if they get enough sleep. One of my favorite sleep remedies is essential oils. There are special aromatic sleep and relaxation blends designed for people who need help unwinding at night. I use essential oils every night. I credit them with helping to tame my sleep problems.
Food for Dark Eye Circles
I do need to stress that I’m not a doctor, and I can’t give medical advice. All I can do is share my own experience of dealing with dark under eye circles, using all natural eye cream, in addition to various lifestyle changes.
Some of the best non-professional advice I can give is to eat well. I don’t think anyone will argue with that. After upgrading my diet, and using only plant-based cosmetics, my skin tone improved. Before I did this I had blotchy skin. Now my complexion has evened out, to the point I no longer wear foundation.
I encourage all of my readers to eat real food and to ditch the junk food. If this seems like an insurmountable task, then I urge them to sign up for Real Plans healthy meal planning, for just a month. This should give them enough time to learn how to cook real food meals.
