I’ve spent the last decade learning how to get well. Because I was in excruciating, unrelenting pain.
Getting well involved a lot of trial and error. I headed some a few blind alleys. Along the way, I made mistakes.
But the body is forgiving. Even though I made mistakes, I recovered from them. I wish I didn’t make them. But it was a learning process.
How Our Bodies Can Heal
One thing I’ve learned is that our bodies appear to be designed to heal. We’re always moving toward healing, whether we realize it or not.
Think about this for a minute. It’s an analogy I heard a long time ago. If you cut your finger, it heals. Automatically. You don’t even have to think about it. Healing just happens.
But there’s one caveat. You have to remove (or reduce) what’s causing you to get sick in the first place. Is it stress? That’s got to go. Too much inflammation? Find ways to neutralize it. Bad diet? Clean eating is the answer.
Think of it like cutting your finger. It will heal on its own. But not if you find ways to irritate the wound.
Anyway, I was really sick. My pain level was off the charts. However, I knew drugs were not the answer. In fact, they’d probably make me even sicker.
Natural Pain Management Strategies for Chronic Pain
Instead, I threw myself into natural healing. I used countless remedies and healing methods. My story is contained in an online course called Natural Pain Management Strategies. I can’t promise anyone else will see the same results. But the course is filled with useful information.
My course not designed as medical advice. Instead, it’s meant to tell you what’s available, so you can discuss this information with your own doctor. Click on the image below for more details.
How To Learn To Sleep Again
A big part of my problem was sleep. Or, more accurately, lack of sleep. But remember that our bodies move in a direction toward healing.
It’s possible to learn how to sleep again. Deep restful sleep. It’s possible to overcome the fear of not being able to sleep. You know, the kind of fear that keeps you awake at night.
Now, I longer worry if I’m going to sleep. I know I will. Occasionally, I have a bad night. But it’s an isolated event. Insomnia no longer rules my life.
Once again, I made mistakes. But I learned from them. Through the years, I used countless sleep remedies and healing methods. Eventually, I found the right combination, for me. We’re all different. My sleep course, which you can see below), is designed to give you many ideas that you can try yourself. (Or with your doctor’s approval.)
So, hopefully, you can also learn to sleep again. (However, I can’t claim or promise results.) All of the natural sleep remedies I used are drug free. Learn more by clicking on the image below.
