Once you own a bottle of homeopathic pellets you can extend it forever.

This means you’ll never have to buy another vial of the same remedy again.

This is something that’s not widely known.

At least judging by the number of social media posts from people who are down to their last pellet.

Homeopathic remedies aren’t that expensive.

So replacing them isn’t prohibitive.

But in the United States we have a bigger problem.

Homeopathic remedies are becoming difficult to obtain.

Whole Foods is apparently going to stop selling them.

Rumors are swirling that other health food outlets will do the same.

But don’t panic.

It’s easy to extend your existing remedies so that they’ll last forever.

How To Make Your Homeopathic Remedies Last Forever

What if you have just a few pellets rolling around in the vial?

Find a clean glass container with a lid.

Or, better yet, get some small amber dropper bottles, which work really well for this purpose.

Put one homeopathic pellet in the bottle and add water, leaving enough room to make a solution of 2/3 water and 1/3 alcohol. (You can use either brandy or unflavored alcohol.)

Make sure to label the bottle.

The brand I use comes with attractive white sticky labels.

It’s so easy to make a remedy, put it in a cabinet and forget what it is.

When you need this remedy just add a drop to a small spring water bottle or plastic dosage cup.

You will be taking a liquid remedy instead of pellets.

It will still work and liquid potencies have a distinct advantage – each time you succuss them by banging them against the palm of your hand they get a little stronger.

This is a good thing because your body is now reading and reacting to a slightly different potency.

A lot of homeopaths (myself included) believe that liquid potencies work better.

Now that you have a liquid potency it will last indefinitely.

You can easily share it with friends by giving them just one drop of your remedy in their own container.

If your bottle starts to run dry just refill it with water and alcohol. There will still be plenty of the remedy left inside.

Yes, you do slightly change the potency a bit whenever you dilute a remedy.

But a 32C remedy will work as well as a 30C remedy when you need it.

But make sure to store your liquid remedy in a dark place, away from heat and electricity.

Don’t store the remedy near your cell phone or in a cabinet on top of the microwave.

Can You Extend Homeopathic Remedies?

You can also extend remedies with dry-to-dry grafting.

This is my favorite way because it’s so simple.

All you do is add blank homeopathic pellets to an existing vial of inoculated pellets.

All you need is just one live pellet.

(Even an empty vial will work because enough of the energetic footprint remains inside.)

Get enough blank homeopathic pellets to refill the vial. (You can find them here.)

Then add the blank pellets to your inoculated pellets.

Then take a drop or two of unflavored vodka or Everclear.

Add this to the vial that holds the inoculated pellets and the blank pellets, which are now inoculated.

The number of drops depends upon the amount of blank pellets.

I often use little amber remedy vials so just one drop will do.

Too many drops and the pellets clump together. (But you can seperate them with toothpicks.)

Although some people wonder if a grafted remedy will work I can assure you it does.

Homeopaths have been grafting remedies for years.

So even though it’s alarming that our access to remedies is drying up, at least in the United States, there’s no need to panic.

Some people don’t like the idea of grafting.

They worry it means we’re not supporting the few remaining homeopathic pharmacies.

Right now I know of only a handful of homeopathic pharmacies in the US that sell to the general public and we do have to support them.

But there’s a way to extend your existing remedies and still support the pharmacies.

Learn how to graft so you can extend your existing remedies.

The ones you need when your child has an ear infection and you can no longer run out to Whole Foods to get the homeopathic remedy you need.

You can extend the remedies you tend to need right away, when you can’t wait 3-5 days for a pharmacy-shipped order to arrive.

Then you can use the money you save extending remedies to buy brand new remedies from a homeopathic pharmacy.

You will never exhaust the supply of remedies because we now have between 8,000 to 10,000 known homeopathic remedies.

This is the best way to support the pharmacies, while building your own collection.

People interested in homeopathy may wonder about machine-made remedies.

Do they work as well as traditional remedies, originally made from material doses of a substance, versus those made on a radionics machine?

I don’t think anyone can answer that question definitively.

Different homeopaths have different opinions.

I’m not aware of any studies comparing the action of regular remedies to those made on a machine.

The provings we read about in the homeopathic Materia Medica are done with traditionally made remedies.

I own very few machine-made remedies and those that I do own are labeled. I greatly prefer remedies made the old fashioned way, so I don’t have to question if they they work as intended.

What about paper remedies?

Some homeopaths say they work.

I tried paper remedies a couple of times when my children were little. But I didn’t have success.

Unfortunately, decreased access to remedies comes at a time when more people in the United States are discovering the wonders of homeopathy.

So we’re all going to have to get creative and resourceful.
