Is there any truth to the belief that eating organic food can help fibromyalgia?
Unfortunately, we don’t have hard and fast studies proving that clean eating reduces pain and inflammation.
However, we do have some anecdotal evidence. Also, it’s widely believed among alternative health practitioners that a good diet plays a big role in how you feel.
Actually, I have to agree. That’s because I have chronic nerve inflammation. At one point, it was so bad that I could barely walk. Housework was out of the question. So was cooking, except on those rare good days, when I could stand at the kitchen counter for more than a few minutes. (For a couple of years, my preteen daughter ran the house.)

My condition improved somewhat with homeopathy and various herbal remedies. But I didn’t really start to recover until I changed my eating habits.
One of my favorite foods had to go. That was milk. I loved dairy products. But not eating them has made a huge difference in my health. My pain was once excruciating. Now, it’s barely noticeable.
