We get bored easily.
We’re restless.
We love to travel to exciting new destinations.
But when confronted with change (especially if it’s forced) we can feel uprooted.
Change is an inevitable part of the human condition.
Sometimes we have to move to a new city.
Or change jobs.
Or watch our children go off to college.
Change is constant and it’s inevitable.
Even if we stay put change still happens.
We hit menopause.
Of if you’re a man there’s growing evidence you might go through “manopause.”
Whether you like it or not you’ll be faced with change, at one time or another.
If change is causing anxiety, there’s an easy way to take the edge off.
Keep reading and I’ll tell you more about Bach Walnut flower essence.
Walnut Flower Essence To Help With Change
Dr. Edward Bach, MD was a genius.
He developed a line of gentle flower remedies, designed as an easier form of homeopathy.
However, they’re not true homeopathic remedies.
They’re not prescribed based upon the totality of symptoms, mental and physical.
Nor are they potentized in the tradition manner.
They are slightly diluted, though.
They also work on an energetic level similar to regular homeopathic remedies.
Unlike regular remedies, Bach essences are chosen based upon emotions only.
There are only 38 Bach flower essences.
So choosing a flower essence infinitely easier than trying to select among 8,000-plus homeopathic remedies.
Walnut is the first essence to think of for change.
This change can be location based. Your job requires you to move.
Or it may be a simple job change.
Maybe your kids are going off to college and the house is now empty.
Or maybe you’re going through hormonal changes, such as entering menopause.
Maybe the change is coming from outside.
You have new neighbors and they’re a bit noisy.
Or you’re worried about political changes.
Walnut essence is said to protect people from unwanted outside influences.
Can Walnut Flower Essence Help With Changes?
Dr. Bach wanted flower essences to be an easier form of homeopathy.
He thought that if we can heal our mental state physical health will follow.
But flower essences aren’t a substitute for traditional homeopathy.
For one, I don’t think they work as deeply.
Although they can help take the edge off.
You don’t see quick physical changes, like you do with regular homeopathy.
They aren’t appropriate for acute illnesses, such as colds, flu or urinary tract infections. (This is where regular homeopathy shines, bringing fast relief as long as the right remedy is chosen.)
Chronic pain will respond much better to traditional homeopathy.
Regular homeopathy can also uproot deep seated emotional pathology.
I’ve been using regular homeopathic remedies and Bach essences for years.
Both methods I love.
But they are two different animals.
Will Walnut Flower Essence Help With Change?
Regular homeopathy works on a very deep level.
Homeopathic case taking is very involved.
For best results you need to work with a professional.
Typically you stay in treatment for a couple of years, taking a series of well-selected remedies.
Homeopathy can be hard work.
There is a fee for consultations.
But it’s a small price to pay for safe, gentle and permanent healing, which gets to the root of your problems.
Bach flower essences are a quick fix.
But they’re still useful to have in our medicine cabinet.
We can confidently recommend them to family, friends and others, without taking an entire case.
I like having knowledge of flower essences.
Not everyone wants their case taken but they still want help.
Flower essences are a low impact way to extend a helping hand.
